By accessing and using this website (www.espexpo.com), registering as a visitor, booking exhibition space, registering for the conference, downloading materials or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. • “Organiser” refers to VIS Exhibitions and Conferences (Virtual Info Systems Pvt Ltd) and Media Fusion.
• “Visitor” refers to any person who registers to attend or attends the Event.
• “Exhibitor” refers to any company or individual that books space to exhibit at the Event.

When you register as a visitor or exhibitor, or submit any form on the website, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion, including where information provided is found to be false, incomplete or misleading.

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Exhibitors and stand bookings

Applications to exhibit are subject to acceptance by the Organiser. Detailed terms governing stand bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, stand construction and exhibitor obligations are set out in the separate Exhibitor Contract and/or Exhibitor Manual, which form part of the agreement between the Exhibitor and the Organiser.

Where there is any conflict between these website terms and the Exhibitor Contract, the Exhibitor Contract shall prevail in respect of exhibition participation.

6. Admission and conduct at the Event

The Organiser reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to the Event at its discretion and to remove any person whose conduct is considered disruptive, unlawful or contrary to the interests of the Event or its attendees. Visitors and Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, safety regulations and the lawful instructions of the Organiser and venue staff.

7. Changes to the Event

The Organiser reserves the right to change the date, venue, format, content, programme or duration of the Event, or to postpone or cancel the Event, where reasonably necessary or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, public health measures, fire, strikes or other force majeure events). In such cases, the Organiser will not be liable for any resulting loss or expense incurred by Visitors or Exhibitors.

8. Limitation of liability

The information on this website is provided “as is” without any representation or warranty, express or implied. While we endeavour to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the information, products, services or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Organiser nor its employees, agents or partners shall be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website, attendance at the Event, or reliance on any information contained on the website.
